These terms govern your access to and use of Recovery Predictive. By creating an account or using the service on behalf of a clinic, you agree to these terms.
Clinical decision support, not a medical device
Recovery Predictive is a clinical decision-support tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it does not replace clinician judgment. All recommendations require review and approval by a licensed clinician before being acted on.
Eligible users
Accounts are intended for licensed clinics and their authorized staff. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by your clinic to access protected health information.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload data you are not legally permitted to process.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape data, or interfere with the service.
- Maintain confidentiality of your credentials; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Subscription & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel from the Billing screen; access continues to the end of the paid term.
Data ownership
Your clinic retains ownership of clinical data it enters. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to deliver the service.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 30 days before they take effect.
